Caramel Salt (white chocolate)

The cassonade, which has a vanilla and honey flavor, is slowly caramelized over time. It has a fragrant caramel aroma and a rich milk finish. It is richly finished with milk. Oita Prefecture sea salt and sun-dried salt are used as an accent.
