No haste, no tricks, nor compromises. Since we started, years ago, the journey has been long and full of hurdles, but the outcome of all our hard work is what we call today the Guido Castagna Natural Method. It is a meticulous method of production, from the purchase of cocoa beans in certified cooperatives, up to the packaging of the products in Made in Italy packages. A method that has enabled our products to win important worldwide awards, including several gold “International Chocolate Awards®.” Our challenge is to innovate with respect to tradition and to improve our products constantly in order to give a moment of happiness to whoever has the pleasure of tasting them.

The "Guido Castagna Natural Method" develops over a period of 12 months from the arrival of the cocoa beans in our laboratory, allowing time to enhance the natural aromas. During this period we do not treat the chocolate with salts, but wait 6 months for it to mature, so that the natural process determines the right level of acidity.
