Wakayama Collection - Dark, Milk and White Chocolate

In this collection we play with inspiration from Japan. The special spices, Yuzu zest and Yuasa soy sauce all come from Wakayama Prefecture south of Osaka.

This collection includes our Dark Medagla Soy Sauce 70%, Nicaliso Green Cinnamon 70%, 

O'Payo Milk Sansho Pepper 50% and White Yuzu 40 %.

All our  cacao is grown in orchards with mixed trees without the use of artificial fertiliser and pesticides. We use organic cane sugar and Equadorian cacao butter in our chocolate.
