Kokoa Kamili took a limited batch of their 2023 harvest to new heights-by adding cinnamon spice to the cocoa beans during the fermentation process. Fjåk was honoured to source four sacks of these special spice-fermented beans-the resulting chocolate is a rich, spiced delight with notes of golden raisin, rum and festive mince pie.
