FILFIL is an award-winning bean-to-bar chocolate maker based in Kanazawa, Japan. We carefully source exceptional cacao beans from around the world and transform them into chocolate in our own workshop. Inspired by Japanese craftsmanship, local ingredients, and the rich food culture of Noto and Kanazawa, our chocolates express a unique sense of place and seasonality.
