Our limited edition 'Cocoa Explorers' series, truly celebrate the diversity of 'Single Origin' fine cocoa. Here we take the opportunity to source and experiment with microlot editions from smaller cocoa growing projects.

West Papua, was given 'Conservation Province' status in 2019.  This protects its marine and terrestrial ecosystems, promotes the development of sustainable jobs and the right of the region's indigenous people. Ransiki village lies in the buffer zone of the Arfak Mountains, overlooking the majestic Cenderawasih Bay
and the South China Sea. It's here that the Ebier Suth Cokran Cooperative collect and process cocoa to the highest quality. Our bar celebrates all of their remarkable dedication.
