Sake Citrus & Sansho Crunch Dark Chocolate
Dark chocolate made with Vietnamese cacao is topped with a refreshing citrus peel compote. Sansho pepper and crushed dried red bean paste are added for a simple sweetness and a crunchy texture. A sprinkle of salt tightens the flavour. This special flavour is designed to complement even the delicate flavours of Japanese sake.
Ingredients: Cacao beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, citrus peel (citrus fruit, granulated sugar), breadcrumbs, sansho pepper and sea salt.
