With a matcha content of approximately 5%, the chocolate offers a distinct umami and aroma, with a pleasant lingering bitterness. The rich flavor and aroma of matcha are clearly present, and the moderate bitterness harmonizes beautifully with the milk. Even the uncompromising maker, a true "matcha lover," will be satisfied with this taste.  Pairing it with sencha green tea is also recommended, as the chocolate adds smoothness and aroma.
