Venezuela 70% Chuao

The cacao Chuao grows in the Chuao village in Venezuela. The seeds are still sundried in front of the village Church in Plaza del Secado. For more than 300 years, the life of the villagers is centred around the production of this cacao the genetics of which is a Criollo Trinitario hybrid, considered among the most complex cacaos from organoleptic point of view. For the cultivators the Chuao cacao is not just an agricultural product; it is their live, their identity, their pride, non-separable from their culture, their land, and their language. Our Chuao bar, is produced with the beans from a single harvest from 2020 the particularly fruity notes of which will surprise you.
Notes: Creamy, characterized by a complex sensorial profile, with intense notes of fruit, citrus fruit, and hints of nuts.
