72% Bean to bar dark chocolate made using single-origin Trinitario cocoa from Idukki in Kerala, India, where the green hills provide ideal conditions for agroforestry. The supply chain involves small-scale farmers coordinated by the social enterprise GoGround, and the post-harvest phase is exclusively carried out by women. Aruntam’s cocoa butter is extracted directly from the same beans selected for the bar’s production in the company’s workshop.
