61% dark chocolate blended with Kaga Bocha, a traditional roasted stem tea from Kanazawa, Japan, topped with roasted, sugar-coated local buckwheat kernels. A tablet inspired by Kanazawa’s tea culture Kaga bocha, known for its roasted aroma and gentle sweetness, is blended into a dark chocolate made from Vietnamese cacao, characterized by its rich depth and fruity notes.

With each bite, the flavours of roasted tea and cacao unfold in harmony, leaving a well-balanced finish of sweetness and subtle bitterness. Topped with roasted buckwheat from Hakusan, its crisp texture enhances the aroma of the bocha, adding further depth to the overall experience.
