A 60% dark-milk chocolate with Californian almonds, defined by a rich profile and natural caramelisation. Crafted through a specialised crumbing process and a three-step roasting method, the bar balances a high milk content with reduced sugar. Each almond is evenly salted with fleur de sel for a resolved, savoury depth.
