A 70% dark chocolate made from single-origin cocoa beans, infused with spiced rum and fresh lime zest, then left to mature before roasting. The result is a rum-spice chocolate, finished with pieces of candied stem ginger for a gentle, textured warmth.

Ingredients: Cocoa Beans, Cocoa Butter, Cane Sugar, Rum Soak: (Molasses Sugar, Rum [40% vol], Ginger, Cinnamon, Lime Zest), Rum Stem Ginger (Stem Ginger, Cane Sugar, Rum [40% vol]).  Natural ingredients. No lecithins / emulsifiers.

 Allergens: Alcohol is used. Our chocolate is made in a small artisan setting where tree nuts and milk are handled. We take every care to minimise cross-contact, but we cannot guarantee that our products are entirely free from allergens
