This beautiful chocolate is a 63% smooth melting bar with several magical surprises. The cacao is stone-ground with the finest estate bottled, (first cold-pressed), Olive Oil. When the chocolate is tempered and poured into the moulds, we then add fine award-winning Sea-Salt crystals from the incredible North Welsh coastline. This amazing collaboration of contrasting ingredients makes for a revolutionary chocolate bar.
