Rare cacao nibs from the Marañón canyon in Peru soaked in a premium single malt from Islay, a Scottish Hebridean island producing whisky famous for its strong peaty notes. Once the whisky has evaporated from the nibs they are blended with chocolate made from the same origin.
Classic dark chocolate made from a beautiful SOUTH AMERICAN cacao, blended with Scottish single malt whisky infused cacao nibs.
We have taken rare heirloom cacao nibs from South America and soaked them in premium single malt whisky from Islay, an island producing whisky famous for its peat smoke and sea air notes. Once the whisky has gently evaporated from the nibs they are blended with this exceptional single origin chocolate.

以南美洲的可可豆製造的經典黑朱古力,與以蘇格蘭單麥芽威士忌浸泡過的可可仁混和一起。
我們選用來自南美洲罕有原生可可品種的可可仁,浸泡在來自Islay島的優質單麥芽威士忌,此蘇格蘭島嶼著作權出產煙燻泥炭及海味風格的威士忌。當威士忌從可可仁蒸發了,就與那單地區朱古力混和。
