The finest Arabica beans in Vietnam thrive in the cool mountains around Dalat, the mountain capital of Lam Dong Province. Marou gets some of its most inspiring cacao just below the town, in the steamy jungle of Madagui District. Coffee and cacao met somewhere on the winding road from Madagui to Dalat: we don’t think you’ll forget the encounter.

Coconut Milk 55% Ben Tre (24g)
A verdant canopy of coconut palms shimmers above Mekong Delta’s Ben Tre Province. Fine trinitario cacao thrives here, in the shade of coconuts prized for their sweetness. Together the two make an unprecedented dairy-free milk chocolate that lingers like caramel and cassia.
Ingredients: Cacao (mass + butter) 55%, cane sugar 27%, coconut milk powder 18%
Kumquat 68% Tien Giang (24g)
A blend of Tien Giang dark chocolate and Dried Kumquat from the same origin. Their unique citrusy taste matches perfectly with the Trinitario cacao of this Mekong Delta province.
Ingredients: cacao nibs(60%), cane sugar, cacao butter (8%), dried, kumquat(2%).
Ginger & Lime 69% Ba Ria (24g)
Chocolate, ginger and lime, these are a few of our favorite things... We found all three in the province of Ba Ria and created the perfect harmony between the bitterness of cacao, the spiciness of ginger and the sweet acidity of lime.
Ingredients: cacao nibs(65.5%), cane sugar (29.5%), cacao butter (3.5%), dried Lime (1%), dried ginger (0.5%).
Pepper &Salt 66% Dak Lak (24g)
A spectacularly spicy 66% bar with strong earthy tones, made with cacao from the highland districts of Đắk Lắk province and add the pepper and salt to enhance the complexity of flaovur.
Ingredients: cacao nibs(58.5%), cane sugar (33.1%), cacao butter (9.5%), white pepper (0.8%) sea salt (0.1%)
