Chocolate negro Café & Copa 90%
Dark chocolate with patxaran and coffee is a “coffee and drink” bar made with 90% Ecuadorian cocoa, infused in Patxaran , mixed with coffee chocolate. Each bite is a tribute to the “partida de mus” moment.
This is a recreation of a Basque moment in a bar. Patxaran (sloe liquor) is something that old men drink with a cup of espresso while they play cards (Mus)...its what we call to drink "Cafe y Copa". We infuse the nibs in patxaran for a week before we process them and 20 gram of the bar is a espresso chocolate bar.
Ingredients: Cacao beans, cane sugar, cacao butter, coffee, patxaran.
