Peruvian chocolate 70% with dried Agen Prune
The Agen prunes, come from the Lot-et-Garonne, which is known as the ‘prune capital’ of France. We
found a producer in this region that produces the Agen prunes, the almonds, the pumpkin seeds and the walnuts we use for the inclusion bars. They regroup organic farmers from the region and they break, peal and dry the fruits. Agen prunes are very flavory and 'gourmand' and we really wanted to pair it with a chocolate like Huallaga.

Ingredients: Cocoa nibs, unrefined cane sugar, dried Agen prune, cocoa butter.
