Experience awakening of taste with AJALA Chocolate

In the Mayan language, “ajala” means awakening, so we too desire to awaken your taste buds. How can we manage that?

Our chocolate is prepared only from superfine cocoa beans and sugar cane juice. You won’t find in it any softening agents, fats or other additives, but it contains a great portion of love.

Honest and gentle preparation ensures the unique taste of our chocolate and preserves all health benefiting substances. Besides the content, we make sure the form is perfect as well. We carefully wrap each bar of chocolate into hand-printed papers.

 In AJALA Chocolate we only work with specialty cacao whose exact origin we are sure of. Some of the farms we have visited personally, others are certified by our colleagues from affiliated chocolate manufactories.
